Redeeming a promo code

There are two kinds of code:

• Credit codes add credit straight to your balance. Go to Billing, choose Redeem a code, enter it and choose Redeem.

• Top-up bonus codes add credit when you add funds. Enter them under Have a promo code? in Add funds. The credit is added only when your payment goes through.

Promo credit appears on its own line in your transactions. If a code doesn't work, the message tells you why. For example:

• it has expired or been fully used

• it's for new accounts only

• your account has already used it

• it needs a top-up of at least a certain amount
