Windows and QuickBooks
Is the Windows license really included?
Yes. Every price on this page includes the Windows Server license at $18 per vCPU a month. The Business plan is $62 plus $72 for Windows; the Office plan is $120 plus $144.
Do I need my own QuickBooks license?
Yes. You install QuickBooks Desktop with the license your office already owns, or buy one from Intuit. We provide the Windows server it runs on.
Can people connect from a Mac?
Yes. Microsoft's free Remote Desktop app works on Mac, iPad and Windows, so everyone sees the same desktop.
What happens if someone deletes the company file?
With automatic backups on, you can restore the server from a recent backup. Backups cost 20% of the plan price.
Is tax included?
No. Prices are in USD before sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
