Pricing questions
The fine print, in plain words.
Still unsure? The billing page walks through a full month with real numbers.
Why are hourly prices so precise?
Each hourly price is the monthly price divided by 672, the hours in our monthly cap. That keeps hourly and monthly customers on exactly the same bill for a full month.
How are backups priced?
Automatic backups cost 20% of the plan price, from $3.40 a month on Personal to $80.40 on Metal 128. Every plan card shows its backup price.
How do I pay?
Accounts are prepaid. You add funds in the client portal, and servers draw from your balance by the hour. We accept [accepted payment methods].
Is there a contract?
No. Delete a server and its billing stops. A stopped server still bills, because its disk and IP address stay reserved for you.
What about sales tax?
Prices are shown before sales tax. Tax is added at checkout where it applies and shows as its own line on your invoice.
Answer two questions. Get one plan.
Tell us what the server is for and how busy it gets. We'll name the plan and show what it costs by the month and by the hour.
