Auto top-up

Refill your balance automatically so servers never run dry.

Auto top-up charges your card or PayPal when your available balance drops below an amount you choose.

To set it up, go to Billing › Auto top-up and fill in:

  • When balance falls below: at least $5.

  • Add: $10 to $10,000.

  • Charge: the card or PayPal account to use.

  • At most: 1, 3 or 5 times a day.

Then choose Save, and switch it on or off with the toggle. You can also switch it on from the Dashboard.

How it works:

  • We check every hour, after that hour's charges are posted.

  • Each top-up gets its own receipt by email.

  • If a charge is declined, we email the account owner and try again the next day.

  • Auto top-up also covers hosting and domain renewals that are paid from your balance, if your balance is short when they're due.
