Managing cards and PayPal

Add, update, remove and choose your default payment method.

Payment methods are under Billing › Payment methods.

Add a card

  1. Choose Add card.

  2. Enter the card details and its billing address.

  3. Tick Use this card for top-ups and auto top-up to make it your default.

  4. Choose Save card.

Card numbers go straight to our payment processor. We only keep the brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.

Connect PayPal

Choose Connect PayPal, approve SERVERIZZ in PayPal, and you'll come back to the portal.

Your default

Your first payment method becomes your default. To change it, open another method and choose Make this my default.

Update an expiry date

Open the card, enter the new expiry and save. It stays the same card on file. A card marked Expired is reactivated once you give it a new expiry.

Remove a method

Choose Remove. If it was your default, another method takes over. If auto top-up used it, auto top-up switches off until you pick another card.

Badges such as Expires this month or Expires next month remind you to update a card before it stops working.
