Everyone signs in with their own login, and their role decides what they can see and do.
Role | What they can do |
Owner | Everything, including closing the account. One per account. |
Admin | Everything except transferring ownership and closing the account. |
Billing | Add funds, manage payment methods, auto top-up and tax certificates; see invoices; renew and buy domains. No server controls. |
Technical | Deploy and manage servers, networking, storage, SSH keys and scripts; order hosting; buy and manage domains. Sees costs, but can't pay. |
Read only | Sees servers, usage and billing. Changes nothing. |
If your role can't do something, the portal tells you, and you can ask an Owner or Admin.
