Open the invitation email and choose Accept invitation.
Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you don't have a login yet, create one first with that address, then open the link again.
Choose Accept and open, followed by the account's name.
The account appears under Billing accounts in your account menu.
If the link has expired or doesn't work, ask the person who invited you to resend it.
