Only the account's Owner can close it.
End every service first. An account with any active service can't be closed:
Destroy your servers, load balancers, reserved IPs, snapshots and other resources.
Cancel any hosting with Now. Hosting cancelled at the end of its term still counts until it's removed.
Contact support about any domains: transfer them away, or ask us to close them.
If you have unused balance, contact support before closing, and we'll refund it to your card.
Go to Settings › Close account, type your account number, and enter your password.
