Choose Team from the account menu.
Under Invite someone, enter their email and pick a role.
Choose Send invite.
They get an email with a link that works for 7 days. Pending invitations are listed on Team, where you can resend one (which gives a fresh 7 days) or revoke it.
Owners and Admins can invite people.
