Confirming your email address

Why you see "Check your email" after signing up, and what to do if the link doesn't arrive.

Right after you sign up we send an email titled Confirm your email for SERVERIZZ. Open it and choose Confirm email address.

  • The link works for 60 minutes.

  • Until your email is confirmed, the portal only shows the Check your email page.

  • Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then choose Resend the link on the Check your email page. Each new link replaces the last one.

  • Signed up with the wrong address? Choose Sign out, then create your account again with the right one.

If you change your email later in Settings, you'll need to confirm the new address the same way before you can carry on using the portal.
