The images and stories emerging from Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point, and Comfort are truly heartbreaking, and we want to extend our deepest thoughts and prayers to everyone impacted by this catastrophic event.
The sudden and powerful floods that swept through the region on July 4th have left a trail of destruction, claiming lives, displacing families, and washing away homes and businesses. We are especially saddened by the profound loss of life, including many children, from the various camps situated along the Guadalupe River. The resilience and courage shown by residents, first responders, and volunteers in the face of such adversity are truly inspiring.
