Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to cancel your order, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. We can refund your service for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: Customers must express dissatisfaction with the products or services they purchase from SERVERIZZ® within 30 days of the original purchase date. Understand that, by requesting a refund, any services paid for will be cancelled upon processing your request.
How It Works
You may request a refund via email, live chat, phone, or a support ticket when logged into SERVERIZZ®.
Refunds
After receiving your cancellation request through the online billing system, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 1 to 3 business days from the date of your cancellation request to have your services cancelled and refunded.
